Ice Rental Procedures

Ice Rental Less than Four Weeks in Advance
a. $50 non-refundable deposit per hour is required
b. Ice is not guaranteed and can be resold unless a $50 non-refundable deposit per hour of ice rented is paid
c. No Ice Rental Reservations without a deposit
d. The ice is to be rented back to back
e. Remaining balance is to be paid before ice usage
f. Ice Rental More than Four Weeks in Advance
g. No Deposit is Required
h. Deposit is due one week after reservation is made
i. Remaining balance is to be paid before ice usage

Same Day Ice Rental
a. Full payment is required for ice rented

Ice Rental that Totals Six Hours or More
a. An Ice Rental Contract is required to be signed
b. The Contract and Deposit are due back before the first ice rental
c. Each ice rental after the first rental is to be paid in full before ice usage

ICE RENTAL
April 1  – August 31, 2010

HOURLY RENTAL:
$175.00/hr plus 7.275%
$50.00 deposit for each hour.

MON-FRIDAY, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
SAT & SUN, 8:00 AM – 12:00  NOON

$145.00/hr plus 7.275%
$50.00 deposit for each hour

MON-FRI, 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM
SAT & SUN 12:00 NOON – 11:00 PM

$175.00/hr plus 7.275%
$50.00 deposit for each hour.

2010-2011 HOURLY RENTAL RATES:
$180.00/hr plus 7.275% sales tax
$50.00 deposit for each hour

Late evening and after 11:00 pm all nights and
Prior to 8:00 am on early Sat and Sun

SAT & SUN MORNINGS
$150.00/hr plus 7.275% sales tax.
$50.00 deposit for each hour

EARLY WEEKDAY ICE
Weekdays prior to 2:00 PM during school year.
$120.00/hr plus 7.275% sales tax.
$50.00 deposit for each hour.
