Remodeling Fair
Every year in January, the City sponsors a a remodeling fair at Richfield High School.
Remodeling Advisor
The Richfield Remodeling Advisor is available to meet with you at your home to answer remodeling questions, discuss ideas, and provide information and general cost estimates. This service is free! Call 612-861-9772 to schedule a home visit.
Remodeling Planbook for Cape Cods & Ramblers
The planbook, Cape Cods & Ramblers: A Remodeling Planbook for Post-WWII Houses, was a cooperative effort in which Richfield participated with 14 other communities to provide ideas and vision for homeowners who want to remodel their home. The book features three common house designs, including a rambler with a detached garage, a rambler with an attached garage, and a 1 ½ story cape cod. The planbook is available in the City Hall Community Development Department for purchase, $10 (resident) $15 (non-resident). Call 612-861-9760 for more information or to order one.
