For a community that was essentially built in the
1940s and 1950s, Richfield offers a wide variety of housing options. This
is due in large part to the city's efforts to meet the ever-changing needs of
its residents. Approximately 70% of the housing in Richfield is
single-family homes. Post-war Ramblers and Cape Cods are the predominant
style of homes. Newly developed single-family homes, townhomes and condominiums offer additional housing options.
The HRA has implemented a number of programs,
including:
New Home Program
Richfield Rediscovered
Remodeling
Existing Homes
