Planning Commission meeting, U of M students present their "preferred option" as part of the completion of their graduate work, based on the feedback from open houses and concurrent meetings and analysis to date.

May to December 2006
A planning consultant continues the work of the students, refining the options discussed at the open houses, preparing a master plan for the area, and forecasting Comprehensive Plan and zoning changes needed to implement the Master Plan in the next 15 to 20 years.  Another newsletter will keep the community informed.
