Homeowners can access free foreclosure prevention services in the following ways:

1. The City of Richfield partnered with Community Action Partnership of Suburban Hennepin (CAPSH) to provide foreclosure prevention services.  The Foreclosure Prevention Program provides counseling, advocacy, referrals to additional resources and other assistance to families facing foreclosure.

If you are facing foreclosure call CAPSH immediately at (952) 933-9639 ext. 202.  Even one day can make a difference in saving your home.

2. The City of Richfield has also partnered with the Greater Metropolitan Housing Corporation's Housing Resource Center to provide foreclosure prevention services.
