LYNDALE GARDENS

(formerly the Lyndale Garden Center)

• Located at the 6400 block of Lyndale Avenue.
• Site being redeveloped by The Cornerstone Group.
• The City Council has not approved the proposed project. The developer has applied for grant funding from the Metropolitan Council for the project.
• The proposed redevelopment will be a phased development that includes the rehabilitation of the former garden center to provide 30-48,000 square feet of retail/restaurant/commerical tenant space; construction of a multi-story mixed use building that may include a mix of education, office, retail, and 35-60 units of housing; and development of 50-70 units of multi-family housing oriented to Richfield Lake.
