• Site is being redeveloped by the property owners.
• The City Council approved the project on July 12, 2011.
• The project is a 94 unit apartment building, that includes some affordable units (households earning at or below 50% of the area median income).
• The building is three and four stories in height and some of the amenities include underground parking, community and fitness room, upgraded exterior finishes such as brick.
