The parking lot at the new Richfield Municipal Center officially opened on Monday, October 24^th, approximately 4-1/2 months after City employees moved from the old City Hall into the new facility.  In the past few months much site work has been accomplished, including the abatement and removal of the old building, the installation of a storm water chamber system and significant landscaping.  Now that the new lot is open, the temporary parking lot will be removed and the remaining landscaping, which features a rain garden, will be installed. The final topping of the two tennis courts in Heredia Park will be done next spring.
