Hands Only CPR

When someone suffers a sudden cardiac arrest, their survival depends upon someone starting CPR and contacting 911.  There is a decrease in survival for each second CPR is delayed, but many people are afraid to perform CPR on someone they don't know.  Recently the American Heart Association has released guidelines to make performing CPR simple for everyone.

Step 2 - Push hard and fast in the center of the chest.
