76th Street East (12th to Cedar Avenue) Reconstruction

Upcoming Open House

Project staff, including multiple representatives from the City and HR Green will be available to discuss and answer questions about the following:

• City Council Direction/Funding- The City Council voted unanimously to move forward with the reconstruction of 76th Street East using Street Reconstruction Bonds as the principal funding source.
• Streetscape Design- The newly constructed streetscape west of this area will be continued east to Cedar Avenue.
• Project Schedule- The project is scheduled to begin in May 2012.
• Waivers- Waivers will be requested from residents immediately adjacent to the construction so that grading and other work may be completed on their property.
• Construction Impacts
