AREA 2- 76th Street (12th Avenue to Portland Avenue)

Completed Work:

  • Concrete removals from 12th Avenue to Portland Avenue.
  • Completion of new City storm sewer.
  • Completion of new City sanitary sewer.
  • Placement of new roadbed from 12th Avenue to Portland Avenue.
  • Completion of all watermain.
  • Installation of Met Council Interceptor pipe from 11th to Portland Avenue.
  • Installation of all new curb and gutter and driveway aprons.
  • Installation of first layer of asphalt on road.
  • Sod placed along the south side of 76th Street.
  • Trees planted along the south side of 76th Street.
  • Installation of new Three Rivers Park multi-purpose regional trail.
  • Restortation work along north side of 76th Street.
  • Completion of retaining wall along 76thStreet.
  • Tree plantings along the north side of 76th Street.
  • Placement of sod along the north side of 76th Street.
  • Final layer of ashpalt on 76th Street.
  • Installation of new and existing residential fences.
  • Installation of ped ramps along the new multi-purpose trail.
  • Evaluation of dead sod

Work in Progress:

  • Repairs to residential irrigation systems.
  • Replacement of dead sod.
  • Completion of punch-list items.
