AREA 4- 76th Street (Nicollet Avenue to the Railroad Tracks)

Schedule will be updated weekly after the weekly construction meeting

Completed Work:

  • Reconstruction of Nicollet Avenue at 76th Street
  • Installation of curb and gutter and driveway aprons.
  • Installation of new sidewalk.
  • Installation of new retaining walls.
  • Installation of first layer of asphalt on the new road from east of Wentworth to west of Harriet Avenue.
  • Sod and restoration work along south side of 76th Street from Wentworth to Harriet Avenue.
  • Cross over structure curing process complete.
  • Grading of new roadbed from Blaisdell to Wenworth.
  • Installation of new curb and gutter and driveway apron replacement from Blaisdell Avenue to Wentworth Avenue.
  • Concrete removal from Garfield Avenue to Lyndale Avenue.
  • Installation of Three Rivers Park District multi-purpose trail from Nicollet Avenue to the railroad tracks
  • Grading of residential yards with the new streetscape.
  • Installation of sod.

Work in Progress:

  • Installation of new and existing fences
  • Installation of new trees from Nicollet Avenue to the railroad tracks (Oct 13-14).

Work to be Completed Soon:

  • Completion of punch-list items.
