Work Completed

• Sanitary sewer interceptor pipe from Sheridan to Xerxes Avenue.
• Flow Splitter Structure poured at Xerxes Avenue.
• Storm sewer work from Sheridan to Xerxes Avenue.
• Watermain work from Sheridan to Xerxes Avenue.
• curb and gutter and driveway aprong replacement along 75th Street from Sheridan Avenue to Humboldt Avenue.
• Final wear of the roadway has been placed from Sheridan Avenue to Xerxes Avenue.
• The trail has been placed along 75th Street from Sheridan Avenue to Upton Avenue.
• Final restoration work from Sheridan Avenue to Upton Avenue with the exception of the new fences.

Work in Progress:

• Undergrounding of all private utilities along 75th Street from Upton Avenue to Xerxes Avenue.
• Utility pole removal along 75th Street from Upton Avenue to Xerxes Avenue.

Work to be Completed in the Spring of 2011:

• Trail to be placed along 75th Street from Upton Avenue to Xerxes Avenue.
• Repair of driveway crossings on the north side of 75th Street from Upton Avenue to Xerxes Avenue.
• Repair/Replaement of fences along 75th Street from Sheridan Avenue to Upton Avenue.
• Tree plantings from Sheridan Avenue to Xerxes Avenue.
• Final restoration work from Upton Avenue to Xerxes Avenue
• Final punch-list items along 75th Street from Sheridan Avenue to Xerxes Avenue (replacement of cracked concrete, placement of signs, etc.)
