The Community Center is home to the Recreation Services Department offices. It's also home base for many senior programs presented by the department.  The Community Center is a tobacco-free, alcohol-free environment.

Room Rental

Rooms at the Community Center are available for rent, Monday through Saturday (M-F: 8:30 am to 9:00 pm, S: 11:00 am-10:00 pm (4-hr minimum).  See room rental rates.

Located on the northeast edge of Augsburg Park, the Community Center offers a variety of meeting spaces, including a banquet facility with full-service kitchen and an outdoor patio area with grill.

Note that the space is used for recreation programming on weekdays, so weekday availability is limited (the Augsburg/Nicollet Rooms are used for senior dining every weekday until 1:00 pm.  Other rooms also have regular weekly program functions.).

Centennial Mural

The Richfield Arts Commission painted a mural in 2008 to recognize the City's Centennial.  The mural depicts life in the area in 1908 and 2008.

The mural is attached to the east wall of the Community Center facing Nicollet Avenue.
