The Richfield Human Services Planning Council
(RCHSPC) includes representatives from each of the City of Richfield
Commissions and interested community organizations and residents. The RCHSPC
advises the City Council on issues related to human services and works with
City staff, other Boards and Commissions, schools, social service agencies,
foundations, community groups and individuals to assess human services
issues and needs. The RCHSPC also makes recommendations for annual City
Social Service Funds to help support services addressing the needs of
Richfield residents.

City Social Service Grants
The
City of Richfield accepts applications for Social Service grant funds from
non-profit organizations to provide human services to Richfield residents in
