2008 ELECTION SCHEDULE

Primary Election  -  Tuesday, September 9, 2008
General Election  -  Tuesday, November 4, 2008

Information Request Form

Any person interested in becoming an election judge in the City of Richfield must complete an Election Judge Information Form. This information will assist us with the scheduling of individuals to serve as election judges based on availability and the number of judges required for each election. The November 4 General Election will require the greatest number of judges. Therefore, even if you indicate availability for both elections, it may not be possible to be scheduled for both elections.

Please return the form before July 28, 2008.

You will receive a letter regarding an appointment to serve as an election judge and information concerning election judge training sessions approximately 30 days prior to that particular election.

For more information regarding Election Judge duties, qualifications, and time off from employment/school to serve, please read the pamphlet titled "Serve as an Election Judge" or "Serve as an Election Judge Trainee (Student Judge)" provided by the Office of the Minnesota Secretary of State.
