Motor Vehicle Licensing provides licensing and title transfer services for:

• Cars
• Trucks
• Motorcycles, Mopeds
• Trailers
• RV's
• Out of state vehicles
• Watercraft
• Snowmobiles

• All terrain vehicles (ATV’s)

If you do not have the renewal notice, be prepared to provide your vehicle license plate number so State records can be accessed. We will need a picture ID to verify that you are the registered owner of the vehicle (driver’s license or state ID).

Checks can be made payable to the City of Richfield (credit cards are not accepted). An ATM is available.
