What you need to know about "DTV"

Southwest Suburban Cable Commission:

Richfield is part of the five-city organization, Southwest Suburban Cable Commission (SWSCC). The SWSCC was established to administer the television cable franchise ordinance, adopted by the cities of Richfield, Eden Prairie, Edina, Hopkins and Minnetonka.  A franchise ordinance is currently in effect to provide cable television services to the five-city area.
