The Support Services division responds to all complaints received concerning environmental health code violations of private and public property. The division is also responsible for all animal control functions in the community and provides the business licensing functions for the City including the licensing and inspection of all food establishments and all liquor/wine/beer licensing in the City. The division also provides health services to the residents of Richfield through a contract with the Bloomington Public Health Division and provides a staff liaison to the Richfield Advisory Board of Health.
Business hours: 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
The Support Services Division is responsible for performing four major functions for the City in the areas of environmental health code enforcement, animal control, business licensing, and providing health services to the community.
