On Fridays in January and February (weather-permitting), a short trail (0.8 miles) will be lit with luminaries for cross-country skiing. Skis and snowshoes will be available for rent ($8 adults, $4 kids under 16, seniors). Snowshoes will stay to the walking paths, which will not be lit. Warm up inside the building by the fireplace. Read-A-Story Theater will perform on 1/25 and 2/15. On other Fridays, nature documentaries will be playing in the auditorium by the fireplace. Call Wood Lake at 612-861-9365 to check trail conditions.
