The Planning Commission is charged with guiding the orderly and compatible development of Richfield. The Commission holds public hearings and makes recommendations to the City Council regarding long-term land use plans, zoning regulations and development applications.
Meetings
The Planning Commission holds meetings on the fourth Monday of each month at 7:00 p.m. in the Richfield Municipal Center Council Chambers. The Commission also conducts a work session six times per year. Worksessions are held in the Bartholomew Room at the Municipal Center unless otherwise noted (times and dates vary).
Planning Commission meetings are broadcast LIVE on government access cable channel 16.
