Approval of Minutes: Regular Planning Commission meeting of January 28, 2008; Study Session of February 11, 2008 .      

                                        
Opportunity for citizens to address the Commission on items not on the agenda (15 minute limit).  Each speaker is to keep their comment period to three minutes to allow sufficient time for others.  The comment period offers an opportunity to address the Commission of planning-related items not on the agenda.
