Approval of Minutes: Regular Planning Commission meeting of February 25, 2008; Study Session of March 10, 2008.      

                                        
Opportunity for citizens to address the Commission on items not on the agenda (15 minute limit).  Each speaker is to keep their comment period to three minutes to allow sufficient time for others.  The comment period offers an opportunity to address the Commission of planning-related items not on the agenda.

#1 PC Report #9 Find that the acquisition and disposition of 7316 Clinton Avenue by the HRA for construction of a new single-family home is consistent with the Richfield Comprehensive Plan.
