Voluntary Program Participation By registering for a recreation program, the participant understands that participation in this activity is completely voluntary and the activity is being offered for the benefit of the participant. The City of Richfield shall not be liable for any claims, injuries or damages of whatever nature incurred by the participant due to the negligence of the City, its agents or employees arising out of or connected with the activity. The participant or participant's representative, by registration in this program, releases and discharges the City, its agents or employees from any such claims, injuries or damages. Consent to Photography and Video Recordings of Programs Richfield Recreation Services uses photography and video recordings to document activities and promote recreation opportunities. Participation in a recreation activity acts as your consent to such photographs and recordings unless you indicate otherwise to City staff.Program Cancellations and Refund Policy
