Any community events open to the general public, regardless of whether for fee or not, that have food products of any kind available, must make application for a license no less than 30 days before the scheduled event and must meet food inspector's sanitation requirements.
Failure to apply 30 days in advance of the event for the license will mean that the food portion of the event cannot occur.
For other business license forms, call the City's Licensing staff
